Tsvēshcāhkè Se (Tsvēsh /ˈcəˑhkɛ/ [goal (objective); target] [game; sport]) is a subtropical Town located in the Wizkèysè Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.
The name Tsvēshcāhkè Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Tsvēshcāhkè Se was founded by Nrê Rāka, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Tsvēshcāhkè Se has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Tsvēshcāhkè Se was founded durring the late 17th century in late fall of the year 1567, by Nrê Rāka. The establishment of Tsvēshcāhkè Se suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Tsvēshcāhkè Se which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Tsvēshcāhkè Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tsvēshcāhkè Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Tsvēshcāhkè Se weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Tsvēshcāhkè Se is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields.
